I have been at the farm this last week, enjoying a bit of free time before a marathon of weddings in August. The kids enjoyed a week at bible camp and I got to catch up with the family.

Another beautiful wedding. We started on waterfront, hit some exchange spots, then headed to the leg for photos. Congrats! i had a great day and this is just a taste of what is yet to come!

It was a beautiful sunny, hot day…not a cloud in the sky! We started at the Holy Rosary Church for the ceremony and then headed to Assiniboine Park for pictures. This adorable couple was certainly excited and fun to photograph!

The reception took place at The Greenwood Inn. They did a great job and the food was awesome! The couple even had brought in a steel drum band to perform which was super neat! I love the fact at weddings I get to sit with new different people and always have a great and entertaining time.

I met Emily and Daniel downtown last night to take some quick engagment pics. The wedding date is coming up fast in August and I am glad we connected to we could capture some shots and I could get to know them a little better before the big day.
It was hot and we managed to dodge most of the fringe festival crowds.

I had the sweetest little 3 week old baby boy in my studio this afternoon. He didn’t make a peep! He was such a good boy! This little man was born on Canada day. He is a lucky boy, fireworks every year on his birthday!

This was my third time photographing adorable little J. He is now 9 months and still as adorable as always! I had the opportunity of visiting him and his family in there home and we were able to capture some great shots.

This was the last frame I shot, i love it! You can tell by little J’s expression that he has had enough.

Sunday afternoon was a beautiful sunny day! I headed to Kildonan park with little ‘R’ and his parents.
He just celebrated his first birthday! What a sweetie! He was full of smiles and we had loads of fun!

When I met this couple a year ago, I knew I wanted to be a part of there special day!
Although the day came with dark clouds, rain, and HUGE rumbles of thunder……we still accomplished the brides goal of being barefoot in the sand on her wedding day.
We started the day with an original plan of heading to Patricia beach for photos….but the rain started and we decided to not take our chances and stick with birds hill. It was great since no one was on the beach and we had it to ourselves. They then had a ceremony at the United Church in Oakbank
